Terms of Service

HOVE TRADING CO., LTD (hereinafter referred to as "we") is a legally registered company in the UK, specializing in the research, development, production, and sales of stationery products. These Terms of Service are formulated in accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive, the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, the Goods Sale Act 1979, and other relevant laws and regulations, clarifying the rights and obligations of both parties when you (EU and UK users) use our products and services through our official website (hovecommerce.com) or other official channels. Please read and understand these terms carefully before using our products or services. Your use of our products or services constitutes your full understanding and agreement to all contents of these terms.

I. Scope of Services

  1. The services we provide include: display, sales, order processing, logistics and distribution, and after-sales support of stationery products (hereinafter collectively referred to as "Services"). Specific service content is subject to the information published on our official channels.
  2. We reserve the right to adjust the scope of services as needed for business development, provided it complies with laws and regulations. If the adjustment of the scope of services has a significant impact on your rights, we will notify you at least 7 working days in advance via your registered email address.

II. User Obligations

  1. When using our services, you must provide true, accurate, and complete personal information (such as name, contact information, shipping address, etc.). If your information changes, you must promptly notify us via customer service email: care@hovecommerce.com to update it. You are solely responsible for any issues such as order processing failures, delivery delays, or incorrect shipments caused by inaccurate, false, or incomplete information provided by you.
  2. You must comply with relevant EU and UK laws and regulations, as well as all rules published through our official channels. You must not use our services to engage in any illegal, irregular, or actions that harm our or any third party's legitimate rights and interests, including but not limited to: malicious ordering, false complaints, misappropriation of others' information, and dissemination of harmful information. If you violate this agreement, we have the right to suspend or terminate our services to you, and you will be responsible for any losses incurred as a result.

III. Our Obligations

  1. We shall provide you with stationery products and services that meet quality standards in accordance with these terms and related policies, ensuring that product information is true and accurate, and refraining from false advertising or misleading descriptions.
  2. We shall protect the security of your personal information and strictly collect, process, and store your personal data in accordance with the provisions of the Privacy Policy. We shall not disclose your personal information to any third party without your consent (except as otherwise provided by laws and regulations or necessary for providing the services).
  3. We shall establish a comprehensive after-sales support system to promptly respond to your inquiries, complaints, and after-sales needs, and handle various after-sales issues in accordance with relevant regulations such as the Return and Exchange Policy and the Shipping Policy.

IV. Orders and Transactions

  1. When you place an order through our official channels, you must carefully verify the order information (such as product name, specifications, quantity, price, shipping address, etc.). Submitting the order and completing payment constitutes the establishment of a sales contract between you and us.
  2. If the order information (such as price, inventory) is incorrect due to system failure, untimely information updates, or other reasons, we have the right to cancel the order before shipment and notify you by email. We will also refund the full amount received to your payment account without incurring any other liability for breach of contract.
  3. You should complete the payment in a timely manner according to the amount and payment method agreed upon in the order. If payment is not completed within the agreed payment deadline, we reserve the right to cancel the order.

V. Product Quality and Guarantee

  1. All stationery products we sell comply with relevant EU and UK quality standards and have product qualification certificates. If the product you receive has quality problems (such as damage, defects, malfunctions, etc.), please apply for after-sales service according to the "Return and Exchange Policy".
  2. We do not guarantee the non-core functions of the product or the effects of use beyond the product description. The product's effect is subject to the product description and actual use.

VI. Intellectual Property

We own the intellectual property rights to all design patents, appearance patents, trademark rights, and related promotional materials (such as pictures, text, videos, etc.) for all stationery products. Without our written permission, you may not use, copy, disseminate, or transfer the relevant intellectual property rights.

VII. Limitation of Liability and Exemption

  1. We shall not be liable for breach of contract if we are unable to perform our service obligations due to force majeure events (such as natural disasters, war, strikes, traffic control, customs policy adjustments, system failures, etc.), but we shall promptly notify you and take remedial measures within a reasonable period.
  2. We are only liable for product quality problems and service errors caused by our own intentional misconduct or gross negligence. We are not liable for losses caused by your personal reasons (such as improper operation or incorrect information) or by third-party reasons (such as the negligence of logistics service providers, except where we are jointly liable).
  3. We are not liable for any indirect losses (such as loss of anticipated profits, loss of business reputation, etc.) arising from your use of our products or services, unless such loss is caused by our intentional misconduct or gross negligence.

VIII. Suspension and Termination of Service

  1. If you violate the user obligations stipulated in these Terms, we have the right to suspend or terminate the service to you without refunding any payments already made (except for those caused by product quality problems). You shall bear the resulting losses.
  2. If you need to terminate your service (e.g., cancel your account), you can submit an application through our customer service email address. After verifying your identity information, we will process your application in accordance with relevant regulations and delete your personal information (except as required by laws and regulations).
  3. Due to business adjustments, changes in laws and regulations, etc., we have the right to terminate some or all of our services. If the termination of services affects your rights, we will notify you in advance and provide you with a reasonable solution.

IX. Dispute Resolution

  1. If any dispute arises between you and us regarding the performance of these Terms or related services, it should first be resolved through friendly negotiation. If negotiation fails, you can submit a written complaint to us through our customer service email address care@hovecommerce.com. We will contact you within 3 business days to handle the matter.
  2. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation or complaint handling, you may file a complaint with the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO), the relevant consumer protection agency of the EU member states, or initiate legal proceedings in a court with jurisdiction in our place of registration.

X. Updates and Notifications of Terms

  1. We may revise these Terms of Service in accordance with updates to relevant EU and UK laws and regulations or business adjustments. The revised terms will be prominently displayed on our official website (hovecommerce.com) with the update date.
  2. If the revised terms have a significant impact on your rights, we will notify you at least 7 business days in advance via your registered email address. Your continued use of our products or services after receiving this notification constitutes your agreement to the revised terms. If you do not agree to the revised terms, you may terminate your use of our products or services.

XI. Other

  1. Matters not covered in these terms shall be governed by our published Privacy Policy, Return and Exchange Policy, Shipping Policy, and other relevant policies. In case of any conflict between these terms and relevant policies, these terms shall prevail. In case of any conflict between these terms and relevant EU and UK laws and regulations, the laws and regulations shall prevail.
